Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. Anatomy Ink is operated by Uncut Rush LLC.
1. What we collect
To run a booking platform we need some information from you. Clients provide name, email, phone number, and date of birth (to enforce the 18+ requirement). Pros provide profile information, portfolio content, and business details. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the service reliable.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Booking deposits are paid directly to the Pro outside of Anatomy Ink; we are not involved in those payments.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate bookings (requests, confirmations, reminders), to let Pros manage their clients and schedules, to bill subscriptions, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
When you book a session, your name, contact details, and booking details are shared with the Pro you booked so they can fulfill your appointment. We share payment information with Stripe as our processor. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users and the integrity of the platform.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention and your rights
We keep booking records as long as needed for the service and for legal and tax obligations. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal information by contacting support@anatomy.ink. Some records (such as completed transaction history) may be retained where the law requires it.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a unique password-less login email you control.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify users through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
