Refund Policy

1. Booking deposits

Deposits are paid directly to the tattoo artist or shop you book, outside of Anatomy Ink, using the payment instructions on their profile. Anatomy Ink never processes or holds deposits, so we cannot refund them. Each Pro sets their own deposit and cancellation policy, which is shown to you before you book. In the tattoo industry deposits are generally non-refundable because the artist reserves time and turns away other clients for your slot.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact your Pro first, their contact details are on your booking confirmation. Most Pros will work with you on rescheduling within the terms of their published policy. If you cannot reach a resolution with the Pro, contact support@anatomy.ink and we will help mediate.

2. No-shows

If you do not show up for a confirmed session without cancelling under the Pro's policy, your deposit is forfeited to the Pro.

3. Subscriptions

Artist subscriptions ($29/month) and Shop Package subscriptions ($200/month) can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of working through the process above slows everyone down and may result in your account being restricted. Please talk to us first.
