Terms of Service

1. What Anatomy Ink is

Anatomy Ink is booking software for tattoo artists and shops, operated by Uncut Rush LLC ("we", "us"). We provide artist profiles, online booking requests, flash drops, waitlists, and reviews. All tattoo services are performed by independent artists and shops ("Pros"). Pros are not employees, agents, or partners of Anatomy Ink; each Pro is solely responsible for their work, their pricing, and their own licensing.

Anatomy Ink never touches client money. Booking deposits are paid directly to the Pro, outside our system. Our only revenue is software subscriptions.

2. Who can use Anatomy Ink

You must be 18 years or older to book a tattoo session or create a Pro account. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Tattooing a minor is illegal in most places, and Pros are expected to verify age before any session.

3. Bookings and deposits

Anatomy Ink is booking software only. When you book, your appointment request goes to the Pro, who confirms it. Any deposit is paid directly to the Pro, outside of Anatomy Ink, using the payment instructions on their profile. We never process, hold, or take a cut of booking deposits.

Each Pro sets their own deposit amount and cancellation policy, which is shown to you before you book. By completing a booking you accept that Pro's policy. Deposits are generally non-refundable; see our Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Artists may subscribe to Anatomy Ink for $29 per month and shops for $200 per month, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no fake bookings, no chargeback abuse, no scraping, no impersonation, no unlawful content, and no attempt to circumvent deposits or fees. Pros agree to honor confirmed bookings and to comply with all applicable licensing and health regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Anatomy Ink provides the booking platform as-is. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any tattoo service, which is solely between you and the Pro. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. For questions, contact support@anatomy.ink.
